Experience
At Camp Ozark, I served in a wide range of roles that developed my leadership, adaptability, and communication skills. As a Top Staff member, I lead and support counselors and campers. On the Admin Team, I managed Little Rock air travel logistics, assisted with travel coordination, mangaging travel logistics for 1,000 campers weekly, working behind the scenes to ensure smooth camp operations.
I also had the privilege of serving as a Campus Intern, where I led recruitment efforts on my college campus. This included organizing events, mentoring prospective staff, strategizing promotional efforts, and collaborating with permanent staff to build relationships with students who might be a great fit for Camp Ozark.
My time at Camp Ozark taught me the value of servant leadership, flexibility under pressure, and the importance of investing in people. I learned to see the bigger picture—recognizing that even the most challenging tasks play a role in creating an unforgettable experience for both campers and staff.
